Shipping policy

Processing time: orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery time: standard delivery within the United States takes 3–5 business days after your order ships.

Shipping cost: the exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout, before you pay. No hidden fees.

Tracking: as soon as your order ships you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link.

Christmas delivery: to receive your order before Christmas, please order before the cutoff date shown on our website. Orders placed after the cutoff will ship as normal in 3–5 business days.

Address issues: please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours at pawsiemerry@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to fix it before the order ships.

Lost or delayed packages: if your tracking hasn’t updated for 7 days or your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, contact us at pawsiemerry@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.
